San Miguel County Real Estate Data
Comparative Sales Report for March 2021
San Miguel County closed out the first quarter of ’21 with the largest Q1 dollar volume ever recorded at $287.67m. Compared to the prior 5-year average ($122.09m) for Q1, this is a 136% increase!
