As we turn the calendar to 2023, we continue to see real estate sales level out compared to our pandemic fueled craze from April ’20 – October ’22. San Miguel County recorded $44.89m in total dollar volume over 32 sales in January’23 which is down 17% and 24%, respectively, over the prior 5 year average.
