LUCAS FOSTER
MEN’S SNOWBOARD HALFPIPE
QUALIFIER: Tuesday, February 8th – 9:30pm mst
FINALS: Thursday, February 10th – 6:30pm mst
Born and raised in Telluride, Lucas has been on a mission to become a better athlete ever since he watched Gus win his silver medal in 2014. He’s had to work harder than most too, from the perspective that Telluride doesn’t even have a halfpipe. The community is beyond proud and excited to watch Lucas in his first Olympic games.

GUS KENWORTHY
MEN’S FREESKI HALFPIPE
QUALIFIER: Wednesday, February 16th – 9:30pm mst
FINALS: Friday, February 18th – 6:30pm mst
Gus’s star has risen immeasurably since winning a silver medal at the 2014 Olympic games. And even though he still considers Telluride “home”, Gus has gone on to greater fame as a model and actor in L.A. In his third, and final Olympic games, he will compete for Great Britain in honor of his mother, who he deems his number one fan.

HAGEN KEARNY
MEN’S SNOWBOARD CROSS
QUALIFIER: Wednesday, February 9th – 8:15pm mst
FINALS: Thursday, February 10th 10:15pm – mst
Whether he’s shredding some pow or his guitar, Hagen does it with a style all his own. He developed a love of snowboarding at the age of 8 when his family moved to Telluride but didn’t start seriously competing till many years later. This will be Hagen’s second trip to the Olympics, the first being in 2018.
