We might be seeing initial signs of market retraction from our all-time highs of the past 18 months, as we have seen a decrease in the total number of sales across San Miguel County each month this year compared to the same month last year.This is a total decrease of transactions YTD ’22 of 29% over the same time period last year (382 YTD ’22 v. 540 YTD
’21).
