Comparative Sales Report for January 2022
We have turned the page on another record-breaking year of real estate sales in ’21, which exceeded $1.4 billion in total dollar volume! January ’22 saw an 8% increase in total dollar volume over January ’21 but there was a steep 34% decrease in number of sales during that same time period (2022: $88.27m over 42 sales, 2021 $81.94m over 64 sales).
