Comparative Sales Report for January 2021
January ’21 was well above January ’20 with a 69% increase in dollar volume and 49% increase in number of sales. In fact, this was the largest January we have seen in the county based on total dollar volume of sales, which was carried by Mountain Village sales along with the remainder of the county. The Town of Telluride sales fell off significantly, likely due to limited inventory.
