While everyone is still coming down from the high of the most epic winter EVER, it’s finally starting to feel like Spring in Telluride! With our snowpack peaking at 200% of normal and warmer temps on the way, lots of water adventures and wildflower hikes are sure to be enjoyed soon. Summer Flight Schedule
The summer flight schedule includes direct flights into Montrose from: Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, & Phoenix. There will also be daily flights from Denver and Phoenix into Telluride.

At first glance, the percentage decrease in number of transactions and dollar volume YTD may seem significant. Yet, as the market normalizes, comparing it to the highs of the boom is an unfair assessment.
