Comparative Sales Report for May 2021
The San Miguel County real estate market broke the all-time record in May’21 for total dollar volume of sales in a single month at $201m with 90 transactions. The previous record was set in October ’20 at $194m with 133 transactions. This monumental achievement was buoyed by the largest residential sale in San Miguel County history (115 Francisco Way) at $39.5m! Additionally, a major residential sale at Trout Lake of $15.9m towards the end of May solidified the record-breaking month.
