The real estate momentum keeps on rolling into February ’21 with an increase above February’20 of 75% in dollar volume and 40% in the number of sales for all of SMC. This was the largest February we have seen in SMC based on total dollar volume of sales, which was carried by Mountain Village sales along with the remainder of the county. The Town of Telluride sales fell off significantly, likely due to limited inventory and high price per SF. Mountain Village SFHs lead the dollar volume at $26.9m over 6 sales, Mountain Village condos at $14.9m over 11 sales, and the remainder of the county had vacant sales at $11.9m with 10 sales.
