Mike grew up in Colorado, skiing the mountains and fishing the streams of the Front Range outside of Denver. His passion for the outdoors led him to Durango in 1990 and then to Telluride in 1997. Mike’s earlier years in Telluride were spent as the opening Chef De Cuisine for Allred’s Restaurant and as a chef and wine consultant in Burgundy France. For the past ten years Mike has been guiding fly fishing trips throughout the Telluride region and he is intimately familiar with the local rivers, streams and ranch property through which these streams run. Mike also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Colorado in Colorado water policy and is involved in local and statewide water policy organizations. Mike is now working as a Broker Associate for Telluride Properties and would love to share his passion for the Telluride lifestyle with previous and new clients alike.
