The Gondola has an annual ridership of approximately 1.9 million. This office features seven large lighted windows displaying our properties that face the Gondola Plaza and Oak Street. This high-traffic location also provides window displays to prominently feature models of development projects.
Our downtown office at 300 West Colorado Avenue also has three large display windows that provide highly visible and brightly lit property displays facing the main street in Telluride. Our company's listings are featured in our windows with streaming video and flat screen displays.
Both Telluride Properties' offices are staffed by full-time, professional Brokers and in high seasons are open from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., 7 days a week.
