Agent Biography
Carrie was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. From there, she relocated to upstate New York to pursue a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. Rowing on the crew team was the highlight of her college experience.
Upon graduating in 1991, she followed her heart directly to the Colorado Rockies in search of a mountain town with a strong sense of community and was fortunate enough to land in Telluride. The most rewarding part of her 16 years here has been getting to know the many talented and passionate locals who have become family to her.
Since in Telluride, Carrie has served as president of her HOA board, a member of the Parks & Recreation Board, a youth soccer coach, and has supported the community in many other ways. She has worked as a land surveyor, AutoCAD cartographer, head of the Region 10 League for Economic Development small business loan fund, software salesperson and implementer, consultant to developers on accounting systems, and overseen the installation of infrastructure for a development. In 1999, she left Telluride to earn her MBA returning in 2001 to take on small business consulting projects such as project manager for a large development in Ridgway, market research to identify development opportunities, a business plan for a $40 million new urbanism development on the Front Range, business valuation, and market strategy for various clients.
Carrie offers a high level of dedication, integrity, persistence, and intelligence in representing her clients.
