In 1987 Steve Cieciuch chose a career path to dedicate himself to discovering unique real estate opportunities for friends and clients that were seeking everything the Rocky Mountain lifestyle had to offer. He continues to work diligently to this day, to listen to his client’s needs, dreams and desires and fulfill their wishes. He has honed his skills for nearly three decades in all facets of real estate including land planning, development, historic renovation plus significant residential, commercial, land and condominium sales. His real estate career started in Aspen and transitioned to Telluride when he was approached to join Telluride Properties and become their managing broker in Telluride in 1990. Since then, Steve has consistently been a top sales producer at Telluride Properties and is recognized as a leading performer in the Telluride brokerage community. In addition, Steve has several successful ranch subdivisions to his credit, which he helped land plan and sell completely from their inception, including: Ptarmigan Ranch, San Juan Ranch and Elk Creek Ranch. In addition, he has served on several non-profit community boards as well as board trustee. Most recently, Steve has been named to the hugely popular and transformational Mountain Film Festival board. An accomplished skier, fly-fisherman and pastel artist, Steve has two US National Powder 8 Championships to his credit as well as dynamic trout paintings located in homes and businesses throughout the region. His broad range of talents in business, athletics and art help his clients discover all that Telluride and the San Juan mountain lifestyle have to offer. With a sterling reputation for hard work with the utmost integrity, Steve Cieciuch has a long list of satisfied clients and continues to provide impeccable service to clients year after year. A devoted family man, Steve and his wife Kendall are raising two daughters, Jula and Ruby, in the Town of Telluride.
